The Centre for threat informed defence has done security mappings for all of Microsoft's azure products https://ctid.mitre-engenuity.org/our-work/security-stack-mappings-azure/ <-- maybe that is something people can work with if they are running azure as there IAAS platform. also important to note also attack has a specific Azure AD matrix also, but it seems to be lacking compared to the security mappings.

It's worth noting also MITRE attack framework is an Open source based platform so people can expand on it, it was designed to be expanded on and as a result it takes sometime to get things up to date
